Order Cancellations


Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please log in to your account and select the “Cancel” option under “My Orders” or contact our customer support team.
  • Once the order is cancelled, the amount paid (if any) will be refunded to your original payment method within [5-7] business days.


After Shipment:

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
  • However, you may return the product after delivery as per our Return Policy.
  • Customized or Made-to-Order Products:
  • Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • If you wish to cancel such an order, please contact us immediately at support email or phone number.


Exceptions:

  • Orders that violate our Terms of Service or Product Restrictions may be cancelled by us at any time. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed as per our discretion.
